NetX Solutions. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through netxsolutions.co. and our sales, service and support channels, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

1. Data we collect

Contact and order details: name, organisation, email, phone, billing and delivery address, GSTIN, purchase order details and order history.
Service and support details: the product, model and serial number, installation site address, warranty status, messages, photos and files you send us, and installation or service reports.
Job applications: the details and CV you submit on our Careers page.
Account details: if you register, your email and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your password in readable form).
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, fraud prevention and a simple visitor count. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not collect card or bank account numbers on this website.

2. Why we use it

to process quotations, orders, payments, invoices, delivery and installation;
to handle service calls, warranty claims and AMC visits, and to keep a service history for your equipment;
to answer enquiries and chat messages and to send updates about your order or ticket;
to consider job applications;
to meet legal obligations such as GST and accounting records;
to keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse.

We use your data only for these purposes, with your consent or where the law allows. We do not sell your personal data and do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

3. Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to serve you: the manufacturer or its authorised service network (to register warranty or log a service call), courier and logistics partners, our IT and email hosting providers, and government authorities where required by law. Each receives only the data needed for that purpose.

4. Cookies

The website uses essential cookies only: to keep your cart and sign-in working, protect forms against misuse, and count unique visitors without identifying you. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may run on forms to stop automated spam.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for at least eight years as required by GST and tax law. Service records are kept for the life of your equipment or contract. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted within 12 months. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

6. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Uploaded files and service documents are stored privately and are available only to authorised staff. Staff access is password protected and limited by role. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and will inform you and the authorities of a breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or erase it (unless we must keep it by law), withdraw consent you have given, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to our Grievance Officer at sales@netxsolutions.co.in. If you are not satisfied with our reply you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

The website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
