Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of netxsolutions.co. (the "website") and to every order, quotation and service request placed with NetX Solutions. ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with offices in Ranchi. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you order for a company, government office or institution, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on its behalf.

2. Products, prices and availability

  • Product descriptions, photographs and specifications come from the manufacturers and are given in good faith. Minor differences in colour, packaging or specification may occur when a manufacturer changes a model.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST, which is shown separately at checkout and on the invoice.
  • Many items are sold on enquiry ("Ask for price & availability"). A quotation is valid only for the period written on it and is subject to stock at the time you confirm.
  • If a price or listing is plainly wrong because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email or phone, or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or the payment or purchase order cannot be verified. Any amount already paid will then be refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), purchase orders from government and institutional buyers, cash on delivery where offered, and any other method shown at checkout. Orders against a purchase order are subject to the payment terms written on the PO and our acceptance. Title in the goods passes to you when full payment is received.

5. GST and invoices

A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Please enter your GSTIN at checkout if you need input tax credit; it cannot be added after the invoice has been filed.

6. Delivery and installation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please inspect the goods when they arrive and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

8. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty only, on the manufacturer's terms. We will help you register and pursue warranty claims, and customers of the products we service can raise service calls with us directly through Customer support. Warranty does not cover consumables, physical or liquid damage, power surges, use of non-genuine supplies, or repairs by unauthorised persons. Repairs outside warranty are charged only after you approve our written quotation.

9. Services and AMC

Installation, networking, annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and other services are provided on the scope, response times and charges agreed in the quotation, work order or contract for that service. Where those documents differ from these terms, the specific document applies.

10. Software and licences

Software, security and cloud subscriptions (for example Microsoft, Adobe, Sophos, Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Fortinet, Check Point, TeamViewer and Zoom) are supplied under the publisher's licence terms, which you accept when you activate them. Once a licence key has been issued or activated it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where the publisher allows it.

11. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious files, scraping content or submitting false information. The website content, layout and original photographs belong to NetX Solutions. or its licensors. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of data, profit or business. You are responsible for backing up your data before any installation or repair. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action or shortages at the manufacturer.

14. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly (see Grievance Redressal). Subject to that, the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach the appropriate Consumer Commission.

16. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
